Is this allowed on Google?
Google does not allow businesses to post reviews for customers, pay for reviews or push specific wording. GuestPraise never posts, never rewards and never pressures: the draft is optional and the customer can change it or ignore it. Please read Google’s review policy for your own case.
Does GuestPraise post reviews for me?
No, never. Only your customer can post, from their own Google account.
Which languages are there?
English, Arabic, Persian, Turkish and Urdu. Each business picks one or two, and the customer switches between them with one tap.
Can two customers get the same text?
No. Each draft is checked against all the others and handed out once.
What do I need at the counter?
A QR code printed from your panel, or NFC cards. Buy blank NFC cards and write each staff member’s link on them from your panel with an Android phone, or with a free app on iPhone.
What counts as a review?
Each review draft given to a customer counts once, whether they post it or not.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your panel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Payments already made are not refunded.
How does my team use it?
Each staff member has their own card or code, so you can see who brings in reviews. They don’t need to press anything.
I have several branches. Does that work?
Yes. Each branch has its own Google link, its own staff and drafts that mention that branch.
