These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, "you") and [Company legal name], a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at [address] ("GuestPraise", "we"). By starting a trial or a subscription you accept them.

1. What GuestPraise does

GuestPraise gives your customers, at your premises, a link (by NFC card or QR code) to a page with a suggested review of your business. The customer can change any word, and decides whether to post it on Google from their own Google account. We never post reviews, and we never post on anyone's behalf. You also get a panel to manage your branches, staff links, review settings and statistics.

2. Your account

• You give us true details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your panel, including the users you add.
• One business, one account. Branches are part of your plan.

3. Using GuestPraise fairly

Google's rules apply to every review. You agree to:

• Offer the review page only to real customers who used your business.
• Not pay, reward or give discounts in exchange for reviews, and not pressure anyone to post.
• Not post reviews yourself or through your staff on customers' behalf, and not use the page to review a competitor.
• Not use GuestPraise for anything unlawful or misleading.

Customers who were unhappy can always write their own review on Google; GuestPraise never hides that option. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

• Plans, their features and limits, and prices are shown on our website. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED); VAT is added where it applies.
• A new account starts with a [7]-day free trial with up to [20] reviews. A card is needed to start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• If a payment fails, we and Stripe will try again for a few days. If it still can't be taken, your account is paused (see section 6).
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from your panel's «Subscription» page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

6. When a subscription ends or is paused

• Your customers' review page is paused. Nothing is deleted.
• For [90] days you can still log in to renew or download your data. You can renew at any time and everything comes back as it was.

7. Your content and data

• Your business details, review settings and statistics are yours. You give us the right to use them only to run GuestPraise for you.
• Suggested review texts are written for your customers to use and change freely.
• How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep GuestPraise running at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted (for example during maintenance or problems with Google, Stripe or our hosting). We may improve or change features; we won't remove a main feature of your plan during a period you have paid for.

9. Google

GuestPraise is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google decides which reviews it shows and may remove reviews under its own policies. We are not responsible for Google's decisions.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or reputation.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice by email where possible.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in [the Emirate of Dubai]. Disputes go to the courts of [Dubai].
